You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system; circumvent authentication; introduce malware; overload or attack.
Use the Services for illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, or content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringes IP/privacy rights; no use for critical life-support, medical diagnosis, or safety-critical operations.
Send unsolicited or deceptive communications; misrepresent source/identity; scrape or harvest data without consent.
Generate disallowed content, attempt to deanonymize datasets, or use outputs to train competing models without permission.
Upload regulated data (e.g., PHI, PCI primary account numbers) unless ContractPlan has agreed in writing that the specific module is configured and certified for such data.
Follow all usage limits, rate limits, and fair use requirements.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services.
